Traci King, Founder & Owner
Traci King brings 15 years of experience in the association events industry, having worked both as an event planner and a technology supplier. This unique dual perspective allows her to bridge the gap between an association’s strategic goals and the capabilities of the event technology marketplace. Traci is passionate about building authentic relationships with clients and partners, driven by a shared commitment to creative, data-informed solutions that enhance the event experience and drive organizational success.
Traci played a pivotal role in scaling a start-up event tech company from $3.5 million to $40 million in annual revenue. As the company’s top-performing salesperson, she personally generated $8 million in sales—nearly double that of any other team member—establishing herself as a key driver of growth and scalability.
Today, Traci helps companies across the event tech space accelerate their growth and operational maturity. Her work includes training and mentoring 20-person sales teams, creating and executing sales and marketing strategies for new-to-market startups, and developing go-to-market strategies for established event technology service organizations. Her expertise lies in building replicable, value-driven processes that align teams and drive long-term success.
Traci lives in Charleston, South Carolina with her husband, son, and Golden Retriever. Outside of work, she enjoys paddling through the Lowcountry, playing guitar, and singing—often jumping in on karaoke at industry events. She holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Public Policy from Vanderbilt University.
